Your role

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team. You will be part of a young, flexible and dynamic team, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work as an ‘Intrapreneur’ at Novera : you’ll build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, develop the services offering strategy and build a team of Salesforce consultants.

Your responsibilities

  • Prospect and convert new clients
  • Build and grow relationship with key accounts
  • Manage client satisfaction and KPI’s
  • Recruit and grow a team of Salesforce consultants / experts

Your experience

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering or IT
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English
  • Experience in sales, account management or business development in an IT environment
  • Experience as a team leader or recruiter


  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
